Each year, Power Up Eau Claire recognize two (2) outstanding individuals and one (1) local business who have made a significant and positive impact in the Chippewa Valley through their personal, professional, volunteer, or community-based work. This recognition celebrates those who exemplify leadership, compassion, and commitment to community well-being, particularly in advancing equity, inclusion, and justice for all residents. These honorees represent the heart of what it means to build and sustain community power, individuals and organizations who use their voices, resources, and platforms to uplift others, create opportunities, and drive meaningful change. Through their dedication, they contribute to a stronger, more connected, and more resilient Chippewa Valley, one where every person, regardless of background, can thrive and belong.
